Who we are

We collect and use personal information as described below to answer inquiries, provide services, operate and secure our business, and receive payment. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. This policy covers Monette Technology Group LLC ("MTG," "we," "us"), a Minnesota limited liability company. It applies to monette.tech and its pages, our email newsletter, and information you give us when you contact or work with us.

It does not govern the privacy practices of websites we build or host for clients. Each client determines its own privacy practices. When MTG handles personal information for a client, MTG acts on that client’s behalf and processes the information under the applicable services agreement.

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, referring page, timestamps, and security logs. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand site use through analytics, heatmaps, and session-replay features. Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies. The information collected and masking behavior depend on our configuration and Microsoft’s service. Where required, we provide choices for nonessential analytics through our cookie settings.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising and do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated processing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to service providers that support website hosting and analytics, security, business email and file storage, scheduling, email delivery, payment processing, customer relationship management, electronic signatures, business phone service, Microsoft 365 licensing, and AI-enabled tools used to help deliver our services. We limit disclosure to information that is reasonably needed for the provider’s function and use providers under applicable confidentiality or data-protection terms. We do not knowingly submit personal information or client confidential information to public or consumer AI services for general model training or unrelated model improvement. We may identify current material providers at monette.tech/vendors. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer if MTG is sold or merged. A buyer would have to honor this policy.

We may create de-identified or aggregated data that can’t reasonably be linked to you, and use it to improve our services and run our business. We won’t try to re-identify it or combine it with other information to identify you.
